About Us
We Started Wilminata Because Every Person Deserves Exceptional Care at Home
Built on clinical expertise, driven by compassion, and rooted in the communities we serve — Wilminata LLC is more than a home health agency. We are a promise to every patient and family we touch.
Our Story
The Story Behind Wilminata LLC
Wilminata LLC was founded by Hawanatu Konteh, a dedicated Registered Nurse whose career has been defined by one unwavering belief: that every human being — regardless of age, diagnosis, or background — deserves to be cared for with skill, dignity, and genuine compassion.
Hawanatu’s journey in healthcare began long before Wilminata existed. As a nurse working in clinical settings across Pennsylvania, she witnessed something that troubled her deeply — patients being discharged from hospitals into a system that wasn’t ready for them. Families overwhelmed. Complex cases turned away. Seniors left without the skilled support they needed to truly recover.
She saw the gap. And she decided to fill it.
Wilminata LLC was built from the ground up to be the agency that says yes when others say no. The agency that takes the trach patient, the feeding tube case, the medically complex child, the veteran who needs more than a basic aide. The agency that shows up — not just on the first day, but every day.
The name Wilminata carries meaning. It represents strength, nurturing, and the belief that healing is not just a medical process — it is a deeply human one.
Today, Wilminata LLC serves families across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties, providing a full spectrum of home health, skilled nursing, therapy, and personal care services to patients of all ages.
Hawanatu Konteh, RN, Founder of Wilminata LLC
"I became a nurse because I wanted to make a difference in people's lives. I started Wilminata because I wanted to make that difference at scale — in the homes, in the families, and in the communities that need it most."

Founder & CEO
Meet Hawanatu Konteh, RN
Hawanatu Konteh is a licensed Registered Nurse with extensive clinical experience across home health, skilled nursing, and complex medical management. Her expertise spans tracheostomy care, feeding tube management, wound care, chronic disease management, and pediatric home health. Born with a deep sense of purpose and a calling to serve, Hawanatu has dedicated her career to ensuring that patients — especially those with complex, high-acuity needs — receive the skilled, compassionate care they deserve. As the founder of Wilminata LLC, she brings not only clinical expertise but also the heart of a caregiver who has sat at bedsides, held the hands of frightened families, and fought for patients who couldn't fight for themselves.

Real People. Real Stories

They were the best for us. I wish my loved one had moved there sooner. They have great activities. The care they give to the residents is fantastic. The food was good for our loved one.

I have been living here for a few months and I love the friendly staff and residents. We have a lot of activities available and one of my favorite things to do is movie night together.

I am so glad I could move in after several years of living alone and caring for a large house. I have many friends now to talk to and participate in activities with.

My mom moved there two years ago and is very happy there. The staff is pleasant, helpful and caring and they treat him like family. The management does a good job of keeping us informed on matters related to the facility and any impact on residents.
